Eleanor Foley ~ My Senior Story

Trinity was not my first choice, but my parents felt that this school would be the best fit for me and I am proud to say that they were right. Freshman year is daunting to everyone, it’s a completely new environment that opens up an entirely new chapter in our lives. However, I found a family instantly. I felt so welcomed by everyone, and I knew that coming to Trinity was the right choice. The all-girls school environment was probably the most special part for me. Although I was skeptical at first, it strengthened a new sense of confidence and laid the foundation for lifelong friendships. I attribute a lot of my love for Trinity to the lacrosse team as well. Since freshman year, I found a family within my team, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the endless amount of love and consolation my teammates have given me and each other. The community, support, and love that every woman at Trinity embodies is something I will cherish for a long time. My favorite Trinity tradition is our annual Walk-a-Thon right before Homecoming. We always blasted music and had the best time planning for that night’s homecoming dance. A message I have for future Blazers is that Trinity epitomizes community, and the one thing I can guarantee is that every student will feel welcomed, and will find their special place in this school.
