Two fabulous Alumnae, Gina Capitannini ‘76, owner of The Italian Village Restaurants, and Tricia Romano Barry’ 80, Managing Director of Romano Imports, are going to host a zoom What’s Cooking at Trinity? class on Thursday, April 29th at 6 pm. They will discuss the history and the creation of charcuterie and how to pair it with wines and prosecco.
