The Trinity EmPOWERed Campaign: Excellence & Sustainability for the Next 100 Years Campaign celebrates the accomplishments throughout our history while preparing Trinity for its next century of educating young women. From our earliest days of investing in women’s education at a time when women in this country were not even given the right to vote, to present days of building self-confident leaders with strong faith and a thirst for knowledge and truth, Trinity has always been at the forefront of the empowerment of women. This Campaign builds upon Trinity’s history of excellence and will ensure the best learning opportunities for our young women.
Trinity EMPOWERED Campaign completed two things:
Initiate an endowment fund that provides student scholarships and financial assistance for the future and ensures resources to retain and attract the best faculty possible.
Invest in Trinity’s infrastructure and renovate the facilities to be more efficient, sustainable, and supportive of its academic excellence.

Secure the Mission for generations of young women to come.
About the Trinity Auditorium: Trinity High School was founded in 1918 by the Sinsinawa Dominican Sisters. In 1923 they moved from the grounds of Rosary College to a new building on Lathrop and Division. The Trinity High School Auditorium was built as an addition to the school in 1963. To help finance the construction, the students sold “The World’s Finest Chocolate.” At the time it was built, it was the largest venue of its kind in the Western Suburbs. Currently, the auditorium has 1,247 seats and is available for rental.
The Trinity Theatre Master Plan for Renovation was implemented to secure our unique Mission for generations of young women to come. Artistic Innovation and Academic Excellence have kept Trinity at the forefront of young women’s secondary education since 1918. Trinity community members and neighbors are encouraged to attend our acclaimed student performances and those of our Theatre clients. Our renovation will continue to forge a path of education, creating spaces that enable young women to realize their potential and be confident, intellectual, curious, kind, and creative.
