Campaign and Construction Updates @THS

The EmPOWERed Project has raised nearly $6 million for Trinity High School.  And, though they slowed down a bit with the pandemic, it did not stop them!

“We have reimagined and rescaled the building aspect of the Campaign so that our Trinity students, faculty, and staff can begin benefitting from these enhancements as soon as possible while also maintaining the same original goals:  ACCESSIBILITY, SECURITY, and SUSTAINABILITY, “ says Laura Curley, Trinity’s President.

The following describes the three-part construction project.
EmPOWERed Construction Project
  • Horizontal & Vertical Link
    • Install a much-needed elevator and connecting walkway of the academic building to the Sr. Michelle Germanson Athletic Facility to improve accessibility and security. The elevator will provide access to all floors in the academic building and each stop will offer a collaborative space for students and faculty. Options for an outdoor walkway on the second floor and green roof.
  •  Enclosed Courtyard
    • An enclosed courtyard will be designed and landscaped for outdoor education, recreation, events, and green space all using sustainable practices. This space will offer an array of outdoor seating for Trinity students in a beautifully landscaped area.

  • Auditorium Accessibility
    • EnhancedADA accessibility in Trinity's Auditorium.
