Giovanna Aiuppa ~ My Senior Story

Leading up to freshmen orientation at Trinity I was anxious of what was to come and the major transitions that I would soon experience. However, that day, as I sat anxiously in the auditorium listening to Sister Michelle as she gave her speech welcoming the class of 2020 to Trinity, all my worries melted away. From that moment on, I knew that these walls would be my home for the next four years. I am forever grateful to Trinity for providing me with all the opportunities that I never knew I needed, for preparing me for the future, and helping me gain confidence to become an empowered woman. My time at Trinity was truly an experience I will cherish for a lifetime. These past four years I have been able to proudly represent Trinity as a volleyball player freshman and sophomore year, a lacrosse player sophomore through senior year, a blazer shop worker, and a full IB student. Through each of these involvements I was met with support from coaches and teachers, as well as established new friendships. I hold memories of friendships, spirit week games, just because games, homecoming dances, Kairos retreat, lacrosse games, and so many more forever close to my heart. Trinity provided me with every opportunity I needed to succeed in the future, and now I can proudly say that I will continue to use these skills and opportunities when studying at Belmont University to pursue a degree in Nursing. Once a Blazer, always a Blazer.
