How to Be Well

This course takes participants through a thoughtful exploration of the internal and external factors that shape happiness and wellness. Rather than offering generic advice on how to navigate the emotional ups and downs that come with being a teenager, the course aims to help participants develop a personalized toolkit for wellbeing.
 
Participants leave with a clearer sense of what supports their wellbeing, concrete strategies they can start using right away, and a stronger foundation to help them face the challenges that lie ahead.
