Fiona Lundt ~ My Senior Story

Trinity has taught me that family is not only blood-related. My classmates and I have formed a bond that I know will last a lifetime. The memories we have made will all remind us that we have a sisterhood that cannot be broken.

My favorite Trinity tradition is the senior clap-in and clap-out. When the seniors line up on the first day of school and clap everyone in, then when the end of the year comes around and everyone claps the seniors out. I feel like it is a full-circle moment.

My message to future Blazers is to cherish your time at Trinity. While sometimes the clock seems not to be moving, when the final 3:07 bell rings you will wish time didn't go by so fast.

I knew that I wanted to go to Saint Mary's College since the beginning of junior year. I knew the next two years of high school were some of the most important. I went on as many college visits as I could go on. I even attended a camp at the college just to make sure they knew who I was. Saint Mary's was the only college I applied to and then exactly a week after I applied I heard I was accepted. I burst into tears of joy my parents hugged me and my mom insistently booked the hotel room which was so funny. I knew Saint Mary's was the place for me.
