Mary Halloran ~ Senior Story

Halloran_MaryI’m not exaggerating when I say Trinity was the best thing to ever happen to me. Going to an all-girls school has shown me how powerful women are when we work together and, however cliche it sounds, that we truly can achieve anything. I’m going to miss the friendships I have with most of my class and how connected we are to each other (exemplified by the Class of 2016 Facebook group and the IB group chat). I love that no one was ever ashamed to go all out for spirit week because they know that the girls at Trinity will accept them for who they are. This is especially true in my case- believe it or not, I was one of the most terrified little freshmen you’ll ever see. During Spirit Week this year, I showed up to school in a tutu, wig, and blue body paint and hula-hooped in front of the entire school. Trinity changes a girl for the better by instilling confidence, community, and a love of learning in each one of its students.
