Homecoming Week 2018

Spirit Week  kicks off on Monday, September 24th and continues through Friday, September 28th when the Blazers will celebrate their annual Walk-a-thon and Homecoming Dance.

If you ordered a Spirit Week Light the Night Shirt, you can pick it up and pay for it Monday, September 24th through Wednesday, September 26th in the small gym during 3A/B.

Spirit Week 2018

Each day of Spirit Week, students are invited to come to school dressed according to the Spirit Week theme as a way of celebrating our pride and spirit as Blazers!  Should students choose to NOT dress according to the theme, they can come to school in Trinity Wear!

Monday, September 24

Dress down theme: NEON Day.  Come to school dressed in NEON clothing




Tuesday, September 25

Dress down theme:  80’s Day!  Come dressed in your favorite 80’s gear




Wednesday, September 26

Dress down theme:  Denim on Denim. Come dressed head to toe in DENIM




Thursday, September 27.

Dress Down Theme: Trinity “2018” Spirit Week Light the Night T-Shirts or Trinity wear.

Annual Student/Faculty Kickball Tournament in the SMGAF.  Students selected by lottery to represent their class in the kickball tournament.

Friday, September 28

Dress Down Theme: Walk-a-thon Shirts and athletic shorts/pants and sneakers. Please dress appropriately for walking outside along the Lake and wear your 2018 Walk-a-thon shirt which will be distributed out of the Advancement Office.  



Homecoming Dance 2018:  LIGHT the NIGHT

*Students wishing to attend the Homecoming Dance MUST purchase a ticket(s) during 3A or 3B in the small gym on Monday, Sept 24th, Tuesday, Sept 25th, Wednesday, Sept 26th or Thursday, September 27th.  Students must have payment and Homecoming Dance permission slip signed by a parent or guardian.



·Dance Details:          

  • Dance 7-10 pm in the Sr. Michelle Germanson Athletic Facility

  • Tickets are $20.00 per person.  

  • Students are permitted to bring one guest, the guest can be male or female and have a valid 2018-19 High School id.  If a desired guest, previously attended Trinity High School, Mrs. Bennett needs to give her clearance to attend in the form of a signature on the bottom of the dance permission slip.

  • Students can pay for Homecoming Tickets and their Spirit Week shirt (if applicable) at the same time during ticket sales (Sept 24-27th in the small gym 3A/B).  Cash or Checks written to Trinity High School are acceptable forms of payment.

  • Students MUST arrive at the dance by 7:30 pm and are not permitted to leave the dance prior to 9:30 pm.  All students MUST be picked up or have vacated the premises by 10:00 pm.  Please share this important detail with your ride for the evening.

  • The dance is semi formal attire, light refreshments will be provided.

  • There is no coat check, students are responsible for their own personal belongings.

  • A limited amount of glow stick jewelry will be available free of charge to dance guests.  You may wish to bring additional “glow in the dark” accessories to go along with the theme

  • No food will be served at the dance, there will be water and punch available free of charge.  

  • DJ Music requests:
    The DJs will NOT be accepting song requests during the Homecoming Dance. Students were given three weeks to make song requests for the DJs to play at the dance via an electronic e-submission form. Students were reminded that all song requests must be Catholic School appropriate, meaning that they cannot contain explicit lyrics or violent/illegal/sexual/graphic content.
