Tuesday, November 7th, 4PM-5PM – Athletic Conditioning 101 – Closed
Agility Drills coupled with strength exercises using dumbells, resistance bands and body weight. Dynamic stretching throughout.
Tuesday, November 14th, 3:30PM-4:30PM – Salad in a Jar with Fresh Thyme Grocery – Closed – Learn how to make a healthy salad in a jar with Fresh Thyme Farmer’s Market’s dietitians Meghan Daw, RD, LDN and Kerry Clifford, MS, RD, LDN
Tuesday, November 21st, 4PM-5PM – Blazer Dance Class – Work with Trinity’s Dance Instructor Nikki Renfroe and sample the awesome dance program at Trinity!
Tuesday, November 28th, 4PM-5PM – Stress Relief Yoga – Learn yoga techniques to relieve stress and increase flexibility with Trinity’s yoga teacher, Nikki Renfroe.
Each free event is open to 7th~ 12th grade girls! Sign up for 1, 2, 3, or all 4 days.
