The young women that make up the Class of 2019 have been accepted to over 150 different colleges and universities, with 99% of the class earning over $23 million dollars in academic scholarships. To the East, the Blazers are heading to Boston College, Fordham University, American University, Columbia University in the City of New York, and Connecticut College. To the West, the Blazers attending the University of California Irvine, Scripps College, Pomona College, University of Oregon, Creighton University, and the University of Colorado. To the North, the Blazers are attending University of Wisconsin- Madison, University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh, Marquette University, Carthage College, St. Norbert College and the University of Michigan. And to the South, the Blazers are attending the University of Alabama, Alabama A&M University, and Xavier University of Louisiana.
Twenty-six students are candidates for the full International Baccalaureate diploma and 48 others are candidates for IB certificates. Fifteen students have been named Illinois State Scholars. Hannah Gonzalez has been recognized by the National Hispanic Recognition Program and named a Posse Scholar, Bryanna Tapia has been named a Chick Evans Scholar, Princeanna Gibson has been named a Posse Scholar, and Karime Sanchez has been awarded the QuestBridge College Match Scholarship.
