  • Personnel & Training

    • To kick off the school year Trinity faculty and staff attended a viewpoint diversity training. The purpose of the training was to embrace the differences between others while challenging our community to enter new spaces with an open and willing mind. From the training, we created a step-by-step process called C.H.E.C.K. with its mission being to hold ourselves accountable prior to blaming others. This is done by answering the following questions:
      • Can I be certain?
      • Have I been wrong?
      • Is there proof beyond my personal experience to support me?
      • Can I find some connection to the other person's point of view?
      • What have I learned?
