Blazers of the Month

Per its mission, Trinity High School seeks to “guide young women in developing skills for life-long learning, an ethic of care and the desire for excellence.” Students are recognized, named and celebrated for excellence both in the classroom and on the athletic field by the larger Trinity High School community. In an effort to recognize, name and celebrate students for excellence in character and care of others, the faculty of Trinity High School instituted the “Blazers of the Month” program in November of 2006. Each month, five to six students are selected by the faculty according to a predetermined characteristic in line with Trinity’s mission. This year the “Blazers of the Month” were selected for their outstanding display of Respect, Leadership, Responsibility, Creativity, Integrity, Motivation and Compassion both in and around the Trinity High School community. Recipients of the Blazers of the Month award are honored at the close of monthly prayer services or liturgies and are showcased both in the second floor display case and on the Trinity High School website.
