Digital Design II Class Visits Chicago's Garfield Park Conservatory
On Tuesday, April 8th, Trinity's Digital Design II class and instructor Kelly Banos- Parra traveled to Chicago's Garfield Park Conservatory to record digital images of plant life for a special project they are currently working on- a display of photos commemorating Earth Day. After lunch, students traveled to Behold! Signs and Graphic Solutions in Midlothian, where shop owner Rich Cruz taught students about real world application of graphics through sign production and presented the group with a framed enlargement of a photo taken earlier in the day. The trip was informative as well as fun!
