TEST PREP FOR JUNIORS
Trinity offers different standardized test prep options for juniors. The two styles of tests that juniors will take:
-Critical Thinking Tests – PSAT -SAT (college entrance)
-Concrete Learning Test - ACT (college entrance)
-PSAT will be administered October 15th to all juniors.
-We are asking JUNIORS to take the ACT in December without preparation.
1. A comparison of test styles will be made.
2. Strengths and weaknesses of each student can be evaluated.
3. Additional preparation can be completed before the ACT in April.
4. If a student is considering an Illinois college, Illinois State Scholars are determined by scores from ONLY April or June ACT tests.
Students that are taking the SAT in May will also have the option of prep classes.
Testing style from the PSAT will be evaluated to determine strengths & weaknesses on critical thinking standardized tests.

PSAT Preparation Classes
PSATOne-to-One Learning - 2 days per week after school (pretest & post-test given)
Saturday PSAT Prep 3 Saturdays – 2 subjects each class (practice test given)
ACT Preparation Classes:
One-to-One Learning offers classes 2 days per week after school (pretest & post-test given)
THS offers:
Saturday ACT Prep classes - 5 Saturdays, 2 subjects each class (practice test given)
After School Math 5 classes after school (45 minutes)
SAT Preparation Classes:
One-to-One Learning offered after the ACT prep 2 days per week
One-to-One Classes $300 Saturday Prep $75 After School Math $25
